My experience at Vertu Ford Stafford was memorable because. We had searched for the car we wanted online and though Vertu Stafford is not local it looked like a top class dealer who could be trusted. Our salesman though very young was exceptional and friendly informative and helpful there was no hard sell just informative. Once decided this was what we wanted we spoke to managers and chatted friendly with other staff. As mentioned we were 50 plus miles from showroom but delivered was taken care of no problem just before delivery date a small problem was discovered with electric seat adjustment Pete called to tell us and took charge of situation by contacting Mazda Stockport to rectify this and because of the delay offered 1st service for free as well as taking care of the repair to seat switch. I look on this as outstanding after sales and thank him and Charlie Farr for their time and help all in all a happy experience
